During National Assembly elections four years ago, the court ruled against a `negative campaign` by some civic organizations to reject what they classified as undesirable candidates in the course of party nominations and polls. The same groups are about to launch a `positive campaign` this time to support certain candidates whom they regard as desirable. We believe that such a move is undesirable.
